We render legal services to companies that include assistance in their internal affairs as well as in relations with counterparties i.a. in negotiating and concluding agreements, cases before administrative bodies and court disputes involving debt recovery and collection.

In each case we combine our service with financial issues with emphasis on the autonomy of tax law. On request we prepare opinions and information on costs associated with suggested legal actions (including taxes, administrative fees, court fees etc.) bearing in mind that financial profitability or anticipated costs often influence the decision whether to enter a transaction and undertake legal steps.

We provide service on the basis of individual orders of the clients as well as on the basis of permanent agreement on legal assistance that includes each time individually negotiated remuneration.

As a result of cooperation and arising satisfaction and trust of clients we currently render permanent legal service to Polish and foreign entities operating in the area of IT services, information on television programs, real estate or the production of specialised elements.
